From the Blue Lock author comes a manga cult classic.
A superpower drama of carnal desires and primal violence . . .
for fans of Attack on Titan, Alice in Borderland, and The Boys
Police officer Shintaro Jagasaki lives a stable life with a girl he’s dated for years. Their future seems all mapped out—marriage, a family, children—but it all feels unbearably dull. With a few screws loose (and his frequent fantasy to open fire on civilians to show for it), Jagasaki’s mind is anything but stable.
Then, out of the blue, people suddenly begin to contort into monsters driven by primal urges to commit violence. And as chance has it, Jagasaki also gains a grotesque body-morphing power which transforms his right hand into a fleshy gun. A newly made monster and mentally unstable, Jagasaki becomes an antihero of ambiguous morals and dark impulses.
Author Muneyuki Kaneshiro (creator of the super-hit soccer anime Blue Lock, the battle royale manga As the Gods Will—with over 5 million copies sold—and the award-winning series Bokutachi ga Yarimashita) and rising star illustrator Kensuke Nishida (I Am a Hero in Nagasaki) team up to delivers a fiercely explosive story about the carnal impulses that explores mankind’s dark desires—blurring human and inhumane!
Muneyuki Kaneshiro is a manga author known for the hit series Blue Lock, which had two seasons of anime adaptations in 2022 and 2024 respectively. He debuted in 2011 with As the Gods Will, which was adapted into a live-action film.
