Her philosophy is centered on the idea that positive values can be learned and this benefits leaders, their colleagues, their organizations, and the planet.
Maria is the co-founder of the Highland Institute, an active member of the Initiative for the Development of Africa, a climate change leader and mentor for the Climate Reality Leadership Corps with 45,000 climate leaders worldwide, and the Co-Founder of the CRLC's Business Working Group.
Born and raised in Sweden and Algeria, Maria was educated in Sweden, France, and the USA with a focus on International Business. Today she lives with her family in the shadows of the Rocky Mountains.
