This book discusses the relationship between compassion and peace with a special emphasis on the role that therapy and education can play in promoting a state of affairs in which, as humanity becomes more compassionate, peace becomes more possible.

Jacquelyn Rinaldi received her doctorate in archetypal psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Her teaching incorporates self-awareness as a key to humanity’s next evolutionary step. She is currently completing her second doctorate in clinical psychology.

Clifford Mayes is the author of 14 books and forty scholarly articles on educational psychology, multiculturalism, and curriculum theory. The founder of Archetypal Pedagogue, Mayes recently retired as a Professor of Educational Psychology after over 20 years of service at Brigham Young University.
