Franco Buzzi has been a priest of the Archdiocese of Milan since 1972. He studied theology and philosophy in Milan, Rome, and Munich. He served as Prefect of the Veneranda Biblioteca Ambrosiana, where he continues his research as a member of the Collegio dei Dottori. He is a full member of the Istituto Lombardo – Accademia di Scienze e Lettere and serves as the Scientific Director of the Accademia di Studi Luterani in Italia.

Marco Navoni has been a priest since 1977 and, since 2023, has served as Prefect of the Collegio dei Dottori of the Biblioteca Ambrosiana, after holding the position of Vice-Prefect for many years. He holds a degree in Literature and has authored a vast number of publications, particularly in the fields of Ambrosian studies, the history of the Ambrosian liturgy, the history of the Church of Milan, and art history.
