    Lisa Anna Palmer loves her family and friends and is a proud mom and wife. She coaches consults writes and delivers talks and training to advance leadership. She holds a B.A. in Psychology is a Certified ProActive Coach Certified Passion Test Facilitator Certified Expert Speaker and a Cross-Cultural Competencies Facilitator. Lisa is fluent in English French Italian and Friulan. Lisa started her career at the age of twenty-two as a consultant for PwC as part of the Organizational Renewal Group. She specializes in leadership and draws on over twenty-five years of experience within a range of senior Human Resources & Organizational Development roles leading teams responsible for Talent Management HR Strategy and transformation. In 2011 she launched Cattelan Palmer Consulting. She is now the Founder & CEO of the Cattelan Palmer Light Your Leadership Institute (LYLI) which serves leaders and employees of organizations within the private public and the non-profit sectors.
