Alternate Nostril Breathing (Nadi Shodhana)
To bring clarity to your mind
1. Sit comfortably with your spine upright but relaxed
2. Use your right thumb to gently close your right nostril; inhale slowly through the left nostril
3. Close the left nostril with your ring finger, release the right nostril and exhale through the right
4. Inhale slowly through the right nostril
5. Close the right nostril, release the left nostril and exhale through the left
Repeat these steps for 5-10 minutes, focusing on the balance of your breath
