Sarah Kuppen, PhD CPsychol, is a Senior Lecturer in Developmental Psychology at Anglia Ruskin University and a mother of two little boys. In addition to her academic work, she regularly gives public talks, appears in the media, works as a consultant, and runs parenting workshops at Cambridge University’s Institute of Continuing Education.
