Love is Evergreen

This novel reminisces about the unsurpassable feat by Floriana F.C. of Malta when they managed to be crowned Champions with maximum points against a background of a sweet love story contrasting with Police efforts to break a ring of criminal persons. It is, in this latter sense, also a ‘whodunnit’.

The Author, in his inimitable and positive style, asserts that Love is Life and that Life cannot but find its meaning in Love. Thus Love, out of necessity, must be Evergreen. He entwines this pure sentiment with the colours of Floriana F.C. who are also known as ‘The Evergreens’.

The protagonist of the story, while carrying out his everyday duties, encounters his True Love and she indeed turns out to be ‘The Love of his Life’.
