Stavroula Pipyrou is Senior Lecturer in Social Anthropology and Director of the Centre for Minorities Research at the University of St Andrews, Scotland. She has conducted research on politics, governance, child displacement, nationalism and minority vulnerabilities in Italy, Greece, Brazil and Scotland.
