Within the public sector, he has supported various departments across the UK Civil Service and is faculty for the Masters-level UK Civil Service Organization Design and Development capability programmes. He previously held the role of Principal Consultant with Mayvin Ltd and before that held senior HR and OD roles in Financial Services organizations. He lives in the Lake District, UK.
