She teaches courses in marketing management, integrated marketing communications, consumer behaviour, management of services and operations in the telecommunications sector. Her research interests include consumer behaviour in the service industry, services marketing in telecommunications, and branding strategies. She is an active researcher who has published several articles in national and international journals and proceedings.

Ratih Hendayani is Lecturer at the School of Economics and Business, Telkom University. Currently, she also studies at the Graduate School of Business, Universiti Sains Malaysia for a PhD. Her research topic is about Operational Quality Management and Supply Chain Management. She has published several research articles in international journals and proceedings, some of which have been Scopus indexed.
