A little girl sets out to reunite a lost cat with its owner in this inspiring picture book from one of Australia’s most renowned author-illustrators.

On a roof, as wet as a seal, as grey as a puddle, Cat was rumbling, a rumbly purr...

One day, Maya finds Cat, who is lost. Maya watches her, sitting on a roof high-up above a thousand lit windows. One window must be Cat’s own. But which one? Maya places a can of fish in her pocket and sets out in the wind and the rain to find Cat's home. And Cat? He follows politely behind... With exuberant, beautifully-rendered art and a lyrical text, the renowned Caroline Magerl tells a sweet story of friendship, resilience and adventure.
