He has conducted research in the area of development communication, new communication technologies and development communication in Africa.

Kehbuma Langmia is an associate professor of communications at Bowie State University where he teaches research and other media related courses in the Department of Communications. A graduate from the Television and Film Academy in Munich, Langmia has extensive knowledge and training in media production and management.
