The second title in a touching series for readers is here.

Following My Guardian, a sympathetic tale about anxiety, authors Azahara Castillo and Maite García Lliso add another title to the “Mental Health” series with My Reflection, a picture book that invites readers to carefully observe what we sometimes cannot express in words, addressing eating disorders from childhood.

The beautiful and luminous illustrations wrap a delicate text in poetry, creating an emotional setting. Each image accompanies the story like a hug, tenderly reflecting what the protagonist feels. Through its pages, readers will discover how valuable it is to take care of oneself, recognize one's own emotions, and strengthen self-esteem to feel good.

An illustrated album that invites us to speak, with affection and understanding, about eating disorders, reminding us of the importance of taking care of our emotions to maintain a healthy mind and heart.
