Roderic Dugald Morton Page, known as Rod, is an evolutionary biologist at the University of Glasgow, Scotland, and the author of several books. As of 2015 he is professor at the University of Glasgow and was editor of the journal Systematic Biology until the end of 2007.

Edward Charles Holmes, FRS FAA is an evolutionary biologist and virologist, and since 2012 an National Health and Medical Research Council Australia Fellow and professor at the University of Sydney.
