This redesigned version of Mr Todiwala’s Bombay from TV chef Cyrus Todiwala incorporates the best of both classic and modern Indian cuisine.

To Cyrus, Mumbai will always be Bombay: the jostling, colourful city of his childhood and the land that cultivated his passion for food. Join Cyrus and his wife Pervin on a bustling culinary jaunt around one of the world’s most exciting cities. Feast on moreish jumping chicken samosas from street vendors, succulent hot and spicy tiger prawns, tender lamb cooked with sizzling Indian Puy lentils, and homemade golden Pooris that will melt in your mouth.

Learn how to make fragrant sweet puddings, authentic-tasting curries, delicate chutneys and some of the most delicious treats known to mankind. Set against the backdrop of stunning on-location photographs, Mr Todiwala’s Bombay is a charming celebration of Indian food.
