She is the founder and Principal Consultant of Innovative Practice Consulting Pty Ltd, Melbourne, Australia, an associate of the Creative Organisation Systems Group at RMIT University in Melbourne, and sessional academic at Swinbourne Univerisity, Melbourne's Faculty of Business and Enterprise.
