A vibrant celebration of things that go, with a lively text from author Moira Butterfield and pictures from debut-talent Bryony Clarkson.

Come and hitch a ride in vehicles of every shape and size – from family cars to double-decker buses, chugging tractors to speedy supercars, and gigantic monster-trucks to noisy fire engines. With bounce-along rhythms and fascinating facts from author Moira Butterfield, and bright, lively pictures by rising star Bryony Clarkson, any single reading of My Big Book of Transport is sure to result in a victory lap or two!

Moira Butterfield has written about many different subjects, from ancient treasures to future worlds via pirates, kings, jungles and sea monsters; her recent work includes the beautiful gift-books Welcome to Our World (Nosy Crow) and Home Sweet Home (Egmont). She lives in Bath, Somerset, with her family.

Bryony Clarkson studied textiles at Loughborough College of Art before studying for an MA in Embroidery Design at the Royal College of Art in London. She worked for many years as an embroidery designer for both fashion and interiors, as well as a lecturer at Chelsea College of Art. This is her first ever book – sure to be the first of many.
