Frank J. Mascetti, Jr. graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He has run his own company for over 25 years, which specializes in capital equipment for the electronics manufacturing industry. Frank is the author of many technical articles for his industry and other papers like “It Can’t be that Easy!” He has been a resident of Boca Raton, Florida since 1984 and grew up in Baltimore, Maryland.
