Have fun filling these pages with the story of your life—your interests, hopes, inspirations, dreams, and more!

Have you always wanted to keep a journal, but weren't sure where to start? Then this awesome book is for you. It includes cool ideas and encouraging questions to help you to write about your life and express who you are.

Based on science around how people build "resiliency," the ability to deal with the hard stuff in a positive way, My Story is not only fun to use but also teaches tons of things, like how to focus better, how to stay positive, and how to stay calm when things get difficult. Inside you'll find pages to draw, write, create, note your favorite things, and share your special stories, all in one place.

However you want to use it, this journal is just for you—it's a space to write, create, dream, and learn about yourself and the incredible life you lead.
