She has held senior leadership positions across a number of schools, including Ebbsfleet Academy in Swanscombe. Under her leadership, Ebbsfleet succeeded in turning around its reputation, resulting in an Ofsted report judging the school 'Good'. Alison now lives and works in Mallorca.
