She is a veteran, having served in the U.S. Air Force. She has a Doctor of Education, concentration in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Arts in Public Administration, and a Bachelor’s in Organizational Management. Cynthia lives in Colorado and is an Associate Minister at Rising Star Missionary Baptist Church in Denver, Colorado.
