Érik Orsenna (Author), born Érik Arnoult, is a celebrated French novelist, economist and member of the Académie Française. Known for his lyrical and insightful writing, he has won the prestigious Prix Goncourt and authored numerous works blending literature, science and global themes. His storytelling brings depth and charm to complex subjects, making them resonate with readers of all ages.

Stéphane Kiehl (Illustrator) is a Paris-based illustrator. A graduate of the École nationale supérieure d'art et de design de Nancy, he has illustrated over 15 books for Actes Sud Jeunesse. His work spans picture books, comics and documentaries, known for its imaginative style and ability to visually translate scientific and poetic themes for young audiences.
