Michele Cooper shares her passion for food with enthusiasm and excitement. Michele started her career in fashion design working for the Emanuel's, who made Princess Diana's wedding dress.

She was born in Lichfield, Staffordshire and has been living in Gloucestershire since 2003, with her husband Peter, 3 boys and 3 dogs. She has dipped in and out of low-carb for over 30 years, using it as a quick fix for her life events.  After Peter's diagnosis of Parkinson's Disease in 2016, low-carb became a way of life.

Michele found her passion for recipe writing during the first lockdown of 2020, which she now shares in her private Facebook group MLCL, Michele's Low Carb Lifestyle.  She has also found her joy of creating live cooking shows.
