With another mysterious cold case on their radar, DI David Lancaster and DS Marie Videt travel to the island of Jersey in the English Channel, to investigate the death of Peter Urbawicz, a retired World War II spitfire pilot, whose death twenty years prior was recorded by the island police as 'accidental'.

David Sharp discovered his love for stories from an early age, where his vivid imagination was evoked while being read The Lord of the Rings, leading him to read more books and write his own stories. His love for detective stories inspired him to begin writing his first book For All Your Endeavours, and when he retired, he finally had the time to polish off the story. One of the Few is his second novel.
