Łukasz Bogucki is head of the Department of Translation Theory and Practice at the University of Łódź (Poland). His academic interests include audiovisual translation and computer-assisted translation. He has published extensively within these areas as well as in translation and interpreting theory.
Krzysztof Kredens received his M.A. in English Studies and his Ph.D. in English Linguistics from the University of Łódź. He is now a Lecturer in Applied Linguistics in the School of Languages and Social Sciences at Aston University (UK). His main academic interests are in forensic linguistics and social applications of linguistics including legal translation and community interpreting.
