Seven years after the acclaimed first volume, this second book on Yovanovitch offers an intimate, richly detailed look at the evolution of his distinctive haute-couture approach to interior architecture. The volume unveils an international selection of previously unpublished projects including exceptional private residences that showcase his unmistakable aesthetic: sculptural simplicity, refined geometry, an inimitable approach to color, and an elegant dialogue between rich materials and pure architectural lines. Each interior reflects his signature balance of restraint and warmth, elevated by his deep appreciation for contemporary art. Through these pages, Yovanovitch s voice emerges as that of a cultivated creator, deeply rooted in the French tradition of decorateurs-ensembliers and the timeless elegance of Art Deco masters such as Jean-Michel Frank and Jean Royere.
Pierre Yovanovitch is a French interior architect who founded his practice in 2001. Based in Paris and New York, his projects span globally across residential, hospitality, set design, and commercial undertakings. In 2021, he launched his own furniture brand, Pierre Yovanovitch Mobilier. Jared Goss is an independent scholar and former associate curator in the Department of Modern and Contemporary Art at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Luca Guadagnino is an Italian film director and producer. Daniel Harding CBE is a British conductor. Claire Chazal is a French journalist.
