Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, Rutgers University, in New Brunswick, New Jersey. His books include the coauthored New Jersey’s Postsuburban Economy and the coedited America’s Demographic Tapestry: Baseline for the New Millennium (both Rutgers University Press).
