Jorgen Rasmussen, received both his M.A. and Ph.D. (1962) in political science from the University of Wisconsin and was selected a Woodrow Wilson Fellow, a Danforth Fellow, and a Social Science Research Council Research Training Fellow in Britain. He is author of Retrenchment and Revival: A Study of the Contemporary British Liberal Party and The Relations of the Profumo Rebels with Their Local Parties; he has also contributed to numerous scholarly journals in the United States and abroad and has served as a review consultant for Choice.
