Jonathan David Aronson is an associate professor in the School of International Relations at the University of Southern California and for 1982-1983 is on leave as a Council on Foreign Relations International Affairs Fellow in the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative in Washington, D.C. He is the author of Money and Power: Banks and the World Monetary System (1978) and the editor of Debt and the Less Developed Countries (Westview, 1979). Peter F. Cowhey is an assistant professor of political science at the University of California in San Diego.
