Fred Voskoboynikov is an American citizen who emigrated from the former Soviet Union. Since immigrating to the United States, he has worked as a manager of construction projects in San Francisco and surrounding areas. He previously worked as an industrial psychologist in a civil engineering firm and taught ergonomics and the psychology of management at Civil Engineering University in Odessa, Ukraine.
