He has written Project Planning for Development (1979) and co-authored with Professors Philipp and Schmehl Farming Systems Research and Development: Guidelines for Developing Countries (Westview, 1982). Dr. Philipp is professor emeritus in the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of Hawaii. Dr. Schmehl is professor and associate department head of agronomy at Colorado State University.
