Will You Be Able to Retire with a substantial net worth and a reliable source of monthly income? If all of your investments are in stocks and bonds, unfortunately, the odds are that you will not. The Real Estate Wake Up Call provides explanations as to why stocks and bonds do not have the financial horsepower to generate significant wealth in addition to a reliable source of monthly income to provide for your retirement needs. The Real Estate Wake Up Call illuminates why you should not be lulled into the belief that the federal government and social security will provide for your retirement needs and why real estate must be the cornerstone of your investment strategy if you want to generate huge investment returns, significant wealth, and an ongoing monthly income.
Carter Froelich is the managing principal of the Phoenix office of a national real estate consulting firm. Carter is also the managing member of The Property Ledger, LLC, and creator of the web-based real estate software of the same name. Prior to assisting in the establishment of the national consulting firm in 1994, Carter was a consulting manager with the accounting and consulting firm of Kenneth Leventhal & Company in both the Newport Beach, California, and Phoenix, Arizona, offices. Carter is a certified public accountant in the states of Arizona and California and is also an Arizona state certified general real estate appraiser. Carter received a master's degree in real estate development from the University of Southern California and holds a bachelor of science degree in business economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Carter lives with his wife, Bronwyn, and their three children in Phoenix, Arizona.
