Jesobel Jones is bold and beautiful. After studying English Literature she spent a brief time as a banker before realising this was a bad choice for someone who can't even write down a phone number correctly.
Anna has taught English for some years now, for most part in a girls' school. Overhearing girls' conversations and concerns about the pressures that face them gave her the idea of the character of Jesobel Jones in Rebel with A Cupcake.
Her first book with Firefly Press, TULIP TAYLOR, was published in June 2019.
Anna lives in Cheshire with her family and a very dangerous goldfish. When not teaching, writing or not doing the laundry, she can be found walking up hills looking for inspiration.
