Sarah E. Jones is Head of Strategy and International Business at the University of Northampton. Prior to academia she worked as a HR manager in the aviation industry. She is a co-author of the CIPD's annual reward management survey and has presented research at international conferences. Stephen J. Perkins is Emeritus Professor at London Metropolitan University and a Professional Research Fellow of the Global Policy Institute. He is the co-author of the annual CIPD reward management survey.
