Jade is the author and illustrator of The Robot Boogie: A School Day Spin. She holds a BA (Hons) in Design with first-class honours and works at Partnership Publishing, where she helps other authors bring their stories to life alongside publishing her own.
The Robot Boogie was inspired by family life and a desire to explore how children experience the world in different ways, especially when it comes to movement, noise, and big feelings. The idea for Boogie began during a playful moment at home, dancing and talking in front of a fan to make her son laugh, which sounded just like a robot.
Through her stories and illustrations, Jade hopes to celebrate individuality, empathy, and the joy of being uniquely you.
