Open the door to a lifetime of curiosity! A joyful, brain-boosting first step into robotics for babies and toddlers.

Unleash your toddler’s natural curiosity with a board book that goes beyond ABCs and 123s. Robotics for Babies gently introduces foundational robotics and engineering ideas – simplified for the tiniest thinkers.

Written by physicist Chris Ferrie and research engineer Dr. Sarah Kaiser, this board book introduces your little one to the world of machines, movement, and imagination in a way that’s playful, visual, and developmentally spot-on. Designed for babies ages 0–3, it’s a standout tool for parents who want to combine early bonding with future-focused learning.

Why parents and educators recommend Robotics for Babies:

  • Scientifically sound, baby-friendly – Authored by experts, built for developing brains
  • Ideal screen-free gift for smart starts – A thoughtful pick for baby showers, birthdays, or early education libraries.
  • STEM starter – Introduces automation, coding basics, and problem-solving through relatable imagery
  • Grows with your child – Engaging now, meaningful later as understanding deepens

Chris Ferrie is an award-winning physicist and Senior Lecturer for Quantum Software and Information at the University of Technology Sydney. He has a Masters in applied mathematics, BMath in mathematical physics and a PhD in applied mathematics. He lives in Australia with his wife and children.

Dr. Sarah Kaiser has a PhD in physics (quantum information) from the University of Waterloo's Institute for Quantum Computing, and now works as a Research Engineer at Pensar Development.  Based in Seattle, she is an experimentalist specialized in building and breaking opto-electronic systems.  Some of her favorite things: Talking about quantum technologies, good kayaking spots, and how fun it is to break things to learn how they work.
