Michael writes the “Leadership and Life Journal” blog and hosts the podcast “Small-time Leaders” where he interviews successful people about significant individuals who did a small thing that made a HUGE impact on their life and career. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Southern Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. Michael and his wife, Patricia, reside in Gardendale, Alabama.
