When you have ADHD, establishing a self-care routine can feel like a never-ending battle. If you struggle to make your way through to-do lists while also being pulled in different directions by distractions, it can be hard to find time to prioritize yourself. The key is to start with small steps and find a neurodivergent-friendly approach to integrating self-care into your daily life - and that's where this book comes in.

Packed with practical advice, effective tips and guided exercises, this book is the go-to guide to living and thriving with ADHD. Each chapter focuses on a different area of ADHD life, making the activities within perfect for brains that work a little differently.

Inside you will find:

- Essential information about ADHD and how it impacts your life and your relationship with self-care
- A hands-on attitude to coping with anxiety, emotional dysregulation and the many other challenges that people with ADHD face in their daily lives
- Simple, actionable advice on making small changes to support and improve your well-being (in a way that won't overwhelm you or clutter your brain!)
- A relaxed and supportive approach, allowing you to calmly complete the exercises at your own pace

And much more! So, dive in and discover the full potential of your wonderful ADHD brain.

Amanda Marples is a social worker with 20 years' experience in community mental health, including extensive work with trauma survivors. Amanda is also a writer and has been featured in a number of publications. She is the creator of Reconcile Creative, a mentoring service for neurodiverse writers in the hope that she can help to level the writing and publishing playing field. This is a subject close to her heart since Amanda, her partner and two children, are all neurodiverse in one way or another. It's chaos most days, but she wouldn't change it even if she could.
