Joe Calarco is a theatre director whose adaptation of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet (Shakespeare's R&J) ran for a year off-Broadway, and won him a Lucille Lortel Award. He is currently an Artistic Associate at Signature Theatre, Virginia.
