Jake is an actor, author and filmmaker, specialising in films, books and projects that further the lives of LGBTQ+ people. He and his wife, Hannah Graf MBE, were the subjects of hit C4 documentary 'Our Baby: A Modern Miracle' and their autobiography 'Becoming Us' was published in 2022. Jake also created the viral Trans is Human photography project, launched on national television in March 2025, highlighting the humanity of its trans subjects. Jake has shared his story at The White House and The House of Commons and his films are used internationally as educational tools. He is a Stonewall Trustee and a patron of Children with Cancer UK, Not A Phase and akt. Hannah Graf MBE is a retired Army Captain, author, and transgender advocate. Beyond her writing, she serves on the Ministry of Defence's independent panel dedicated to awarding financial recognition to LGBTQ+ veterans. During her ten-year career in the British Army, Hannah became a pivotal figure for reform; she came out as transgender and spearheaded policy updates to foster a more inclusive service, including the historic first-time recognition of non-binary personnel. Her trailblazing efforts were recognized in 2019 when she was awarded an MBE by HM Queen Elizabeth II. Hannah continues her advocacy as a patron for Not A Phase, akt, and Children with Cancer UK. Lucía Soto is an illustrator and graphic designer who loves Julie London and Art Deco and is afraid of pigeons. After working as an art director in advertising, Lucía decided to set up her own studio and make beautiful art. She lives with her husband and their tiny apple tree in London, UK.
