When I was six years old my primary school teacher asked the class what they wanted to be when they were grown-ups. I wrote down author which I spelt Orthor. Life got in the way, but I continued to write poems and had some articles published in the local newspaper. After working in a bank and a building society, I knew the world of business was not for me and returned to education. I have a degree in English and Creative writing and Post Graduate qualifications in Education and Specialist Teaching. I wrote and published my first book 'The Leavings' in 2014, followed by 'Watcher 22' in 2019. 'Six Keys' is the final book in the trilogy. All of my books are stand alone and contain very different stories, but have the same characters.
