Eric Hill's famous puppy Spot just loves sport!

Spot Loves Sport is a delightful storybook to share with busy toddlers, and is full of games they will recognise. Follow Spot on his adventure as he enjoys playing football, tennis, baseball and basketball, as well as having a race and riding his bike with his best friends Helen, Steve and Tom.

The perfect book to share with young children during playtime!

Eric Hill OBE (1927-2014) was the creator of beloved children’s character Spot. He started his artistic career as an art studio messenger, before becoming a cartoonist and eventually, an art director at a leading advertising agency. In 1978, Eric made up a story about a small puppy to read to his son at bedtime and Spot was born. He published Wheres Spot? in 1980: an interactive children’s book with a pioneering lift-the-flap format combined with a simple story and charming, quirky illustrations. Its immediate success convinced him to become a full-time author, and Spot books have been enjoyed by children around the world ever since – as well as audio books, animation, toys and games.
