The Star Trek: Titan series continues in this unforgettable adventure.

The USS Titan encounters a species of interstellar “whalers,” preying upon and exploiting a gigantic form of spaceborne life. Appalled but reluctant to rush to judgment, Captain Riker and his crew investigate, discovering a cosmic spawning ground near a region of active star-formation, which diverse but similar life-forms are using as an ecosystem. To stop the victimization of the creatures, Riker gives them the means to defat their hunters’ purpose...only to learn that things aren’t exactly as they seem.
