Stories for Romantics brings together three timeless works in one beautiful collection:
  • Elizabeth Gaskell’s North and South is both a sweeping love story and a vivid portrait of Britain in the midst of the Industrial Revolution.
  • Open Me Carefully: Emily Dickinson’s Intimate Letters to Susan Huntington Dickinson chronicles a real-life love story through letters and verse and sheds new light on the work of one of the world’s greatest poets.
  • Elizabeth von Arnim’s The Enchanted April follows four women as they decamp from rainy England to a sunny Italian castle to heal their hearts and rekindle love in all its forms.

In irresistible editions designed for a luxurious reading experience, with creamy paper and rounded spines, these stories will appeal to anyone who appreciates a swoon-worthy romance. Stunning wraparound cover illustrations by artist Kate Forrester make this classic book set a distinctive gift and an ideal display piece for any bookshelf.
