Gilles Beloeil is a professional concept artist and illustrator who has been working in the gaming industry since 2007. Prior to his transition to concept art, he spent approximately six years in the visual effects industry as a lighting technical director and digital matte painter on various films and TV series. He is best known for creating some of the most iconic concept artworks for the Assassin's Creed franchise, a role he held for nearly 15 years. Since 2015, he has also been teaching an environment painting and design class at CG Master Academy (CGMA).
