Tanya Hughes is a four-time NCAA Champion, Olympic high jumper, former NCAA spokesperson, and Arizona Woman of the Year. She competed before NIL existed—an experience that fuels her mission to help athletes and families navigate today’s evolving landscape. A former fintech executive and national entrepreneurship leader, Tanya brings broad leadership experience to the NIL conversation. Based in Boynton Beach, Florida, and as the parent of two Division I athletes, she brings firsthand insight as an athlete, strategist, and advocate.
