DREAMING OF LOVE IS EASY... BUT CAN DREAMS EVER BECOME REALITY?

Following the dramatic events at the end of Stars on the Blue Horizon, David finds himself trapped in southern Europe, sheltering in the lengthening shadows that are forged in the amber sky above.

But how long can he stay hidden in one place? Will he ever manage to linger in the darkness long enough to find the peace of sleep, as the fierceness of the sun keeps the dark away?

Only in his dreams can he be with the girl he loves, but her whereabouts remain a mystery to him, and as time passes, his obsession with his dream girl collapses into a nightmare more brutal than one he could ever imagine...

Creativity has been a constant motivation throughout Cliff's life, and for many years this primarily took the form of writing music. He has worked with Matt Aitken (of the Stock, Aitken & Waterman production team) and also engineered at Aiken's studio near London Bridge, sitting in on recording sessions for well-known household names from the world of pop music. After a toe-curling TV appearance in the early nineties, he gave it all up and went travelling around Central America, before eventually returning to the UK.

It was at this time that he started to think about writing novels. He has always been a voracious reader, and the idea of walking into a bookstore and buying his own novel was something he began to dream about. It was then that the idea for the Every Colour You Are series began to gestate. At the end of the nineties he started a software company, and spent over fifteen years building it up, before stepping aside in 2017. He now devotes his time to writing and music.
