Francesco Gangi is Full Professor of Management at the Università degli Studi della Campania, Luigi Vanvitelli. His main research interests cover corporate social responsibility and socially responsible investments. He has published in international journals and books. Past SIG Chair of the Business for Society SIG, currently he is in charge as the Italian Representative in the EURAM Council of Country Representatives.

Daniele Angelo Previati is Full Professor of Financial Markets and Institutions at the University of Rome III and Fellow of the SDA Bocconi School of Management. He was President of ADEIMF, the Italian scientific association of the Professors in Financial Markets and Institutions and Corporate Finance, from 2019 to 2021. His current research interests include financial literacy and education, fintech, alternative finance, stakeholder engagement, HR and intellectual capital management, operational risks, and strategy, with special reference to financial services companies.

Flora Sfez is an Associate Professor at the IAE-University of Poitiers, specialising in corporate finance, and a researcher at CEREGE laboratory. She has been the vice president in charge of finance at the University of Poitiers since December 2020 and is responsible for the master’s degree in finance and financial engineering. Her research and publications focus on the bureaucratisation of financial markets and have evolved to address the issue of expert control in financial organisations and the valuation of football transfers.
