Sustainable Supercapacitors: Next Generation of Green Energy Storage Devices is a proposed handbook on the most recent developments in supercapacitor technology. This book will provide in-depth knowledge of sustainable supercapacitors. It highlights research-based information on nanomaterials and covers the most recent developments on their roles, properties, and performance. As the only handbook on supercapacitor fabrication platforms, researchers and scientists can find the latest information on designing sustainable supercapacitors to help readers understand their role in a better light.

This handbook comprises sections reviewing in-depth and step-by-step knowledge of various functional nanomaterials. This book is structured into five sections consisting of 11 chapters reviewing state-of-the-art technologies. It covers the most recent developments in sustainable supercapacitors. Chapter 2 elaborates on the role of electrolytes the interactions between electrodes and electrolytes, and how they affect the performance of devices. Furthermore, more sections illustrate the current status of sustainable supercapacitors operated with the most recent technologies. Lastly, the book concludes with future efforts and goals to maintain a more sustainable future.
